5 tips for beautiful pictures

Tip 1 -

Shooting in the evening light

I super love shooting in the evening light. If you just intercepted with shooting it can be a little tricky, but just try, try, try. You don't want to see my first pictures. If you want to shoot in evening light, it's important to always have the times of sunset or sunrise in mind and also to know how the light falls. Often I ride my bike around my neighborhood and get inspired by the landscape and the light. For example, I see a place where the light is already falling and remember the time.

Tip 2 -

Posture

Especially people who have never stood in front of a camera before find it difficult to put themselves and their own bodies in the right position. It often helps just to give them something to hold. Hands and arms make an enormous difference. When you hold something in your hands, you immediately loosen up and your hands have "something to do."

Tip 3-

Movement

I just love to create loose and natural images. Movement is incredibly important. That's why I always like to let my clients turn, run or bob. The main thing is movement. It's also easier than posing stiffly, especially for inexperienced models.

Tip 4 -

Humor & Familiarity

One more thing is important for natural pictures. A natural laugh. As a photographer, it's super important to make people feel good. You want them to feel comfortable. Tell jokes, stories from your life, things that will make your client feel like they're out with a friend. Press the shutter when your clients are really laughing, often they don't even realize it and the end result speaks for itself.

Tip 5 -

The right location

One of the most frequently asked questions is: "Where do you photograph?"
Often in my surroundings. I often discover small places while walking or cycling. Obviously nothing special at first. The main thing is nature. But what to do when it rains? Of course, you can also shoot indoors in an apartment or rent a loft, but there you do not always feel like it. Often, supermarkets, stores, train stations, etc. are also suitable. Right now a bit difficult, but otherwise great! You do not have to have stark locations, just the eye for light and shadow and the small inconspicuous things with that certain something.
